We are proud of our
commitment to the community and, as our Belief Statement says,
“Elite Fleet Courier is committed to being recognized as a socially responsible
corporate citizen. We will fulfill our corporate responsibility by contributing
monetarily to a variety of organizations. In addition, we will support a
diversity of social support programs in our community by providing volunteer
efforts.”
To that end, we are
thrilled to be providing The Canadian Cancer Society, Kids Up Front, Kids
Cancer Care, KidSport Calgary and Make-A-Wish Foundation with free
courier service, all in an effort to make a difference, both to individuals and
our community as a whole. We also work in partnership with Suncor Energy to
provide services to The Mustard Seed Ministry.
We’ve also made the
investment in our people by providing: the right equipment for the job; a
positive work environment: incentive programs: having an active social
committee that provides numerous events and functions throughout the year: a
very strong corporate responsibility where employees are involved with
recognized charities; and events such as toy drives and sponsoring a family at
Christmas. We take care of the well-being of our staff with
health services and WCB coverage. We also take care of our people
by investing in the environment and recycling all we can, from papers to
computers.
Through these
efforts we are rewarded with dedicated and committed staff. The
average length of service for our Timecall couriers is 11 years.
Our office staff averages 7 years and our management team average more than 10
years. In fact, we have over 100 years of combined management
courier knowledge.
At
Elite Fleet Courier we recognize that exceptional delivery service is
not about the papers but the people!
